Colorful offers an after-sales warranty for its iGame Graphics cards.
Section 1: "After-sales Warranty*"
From the date of purchase and during the warranty period, if a product malfunctions under normal use and the malfunction is covered by the warranty, we offer free repair services.*
*Please note that specific terms are subject to local warranty policies.
Section 2: "After-sales Warranty" is NOT applicable to the following situations:
1.The warranty period has expired;
2.The warranty label has been torn off, destroyed or blurred;
3.The product is not properly used, maintained or stored in accordance with its specifications;
4.The product has been disassembled, assembled or repaired without the authorization of Shenzhen Colorful Yugong Technology and Development Co.Ltd. (For example, the iron flap is missing or distorted; the cooling fan or the cooling fin is dismantled; residual soldering is left on the PCB);
5.There is no effective Serial Number, or the Serial Number has been altered;
6.The Serial Number is not in conformity with the product;
7.There is no factory name, address, production date or product certificate;
8.The product is damaged due to accidents, misuse or irresistible natural factors (as shown by a scratched product surface, burned gold fingers, missing electronic components, deformed PCB, collision scars, etc.);
9.The product is damaged due to improper delivery, use or storage (such as corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.);
10.The graphics card is damaged because it is used for special testing purposes, such as overclocking (If a product has been used for mining or testing, it only has a 3-month warranty. It can only be repaired and cannot be replaced or refunded).
Section 3: "Extended Warranty"
"In order to enjoy an extended warranty service, you must register your Colorful product online within the warranty period. Products can be registered only on the https://en.colorful.cn/en/ website. You must consent to the collection of your data to be entered on the aforesaid website. Extended Warranty information will be presented in My Product for your review upon successful product registration. Present the certificate and invoice/receipt to contact your local distributor for an extended warranty service for one more year. Final interpretation rights belong to the local distributor.

Section 4: "Repair Instructions"
1.In the case of the after-sales warranty, we will return the repaired product to the agent within 10 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and transport time) after we receive the product. If we exceed this time limit, we will replace the product.
2.If the after-sales warranty period has expired, the user shall bear the cost of delivery, maintenance and materials. If the damaged component is no longer in production, and we cannot find matching component in the market, we will return the product to the user within 30 working days after we receive it.
3.When returning a faulty product, the distributor shall package it according to the distance. If the customer is far away from us, the products shall be separated by honeycomb and put into antistatic bags with a repair list inside explaining the problem of each product. The distributor shall keep track of the delivery of the products until we confirm receipt of them. If the distributor fails to keep track so that we do not receive the product in time or the product is lost during transportation, this company shall bear no liability and the damage shall be borne by the distributor.

Section 1: "After-sales Warranty*"
"From the date of purchase and during the warranty period, if a product malfunctions under normal use and the malfunction is covered by the warranty, we offer free repair services.*

Section 2: We provide paid maintenance after the warranty expires.
"We offer paid repairs and will only charge for them if the product has been sold and is under warranty, or if the fault is not covered by the warranty.
If the product is severely damaged or if the damaged component is no longer in production and we cannot find matching component in the market, the company will return the faulty product to the customer."

8.The product is damaged due to improper delivery, use or storage (such as corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.);
9.The motherboard is damaged because it is used for special testing purposes, such as overclocking (If a product has been used for mining or testing, it only has a 12-month warranty. It can only be repaired and cannot be replaced or refunded).

COLORFUL SSD WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for purchasing COLORFUL products (hereinafter referred to as ""this product""). We sincerely appreciate your support and are committed to providing top-quality service. Before using the product, please read the following terms. By using this product, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the COLORFUL warranty statement for SSD (hereinafter referred to as the "Statement").
A. Warranty Policy
Colorful solid-state drive warranty terms are divided into the following two types, and the warranty expiration date is determined by the earlier of the two:
(1)Within three years from the date of product sale, if the product has quality problems under normal use, the user can enjoy the "three guarantees" service commitment of one-year replacement and two-year repair. The "Warhalberd" series solid-state drives enjoy a five-year warranty, which includes one-year replacement and four years of repair "three guarantees" service commitment. During the warranty period, if the same model cannot be returned to the customer, a product of the same brand with a capacity not less than the original product will be exchanged. The warranty start time of a new product purchased by a consumer is calculated from the initial purchase date; for second-hand products purchased by consumers, the warranty period is based on the time indicated by the barcode (please check with the official Colorful customer service with the transaction receipt); for bulk purchases by industry customers, the warranty period is determined by the agreement with the industry customer or the contract.
(2)The warranty period expires when the total data written exceeds a certain value. Users can check the remaining lifespan through the software or by inquiring with the official customer service of Colorful for the query method. The total data written corresponding to each capacity is as follows:
If either of the above two warranty terms is met, the warranty period expires. Taking a 128GB solid-state drive as an example, if the purchase time exceeds three years or the written bytes reach 40TB, both situations are considered the end of the warranty.
If we are unable to replace the product, we will refund the product at the market price when you submit the warranty claim to Colorful. If you insist on replacing the product, Colorful may offer you a used product that has been repaired and passed our quality inspection test.
This warranty is for you only and is NOT transferable. We may ask you to provide the purchase certificate.
B. Liability Statement
This agreement contains all the liabilities Colorful shall accept and all the remedies you shall take in the event of your breach of this agreement. Colorful does not offer any other explicit or implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties related to merchantability, suitability for specific purposes and non-infringement.
In any case, Colorful, its branches and its suppliers do not accept liability for any indirect, inevitable, accidental or special damages, or any property damage, or any loss of data or files even as Colorful has been told in advance of the possibility of such damages, or any damage that limited remedies can not meet its basic purpose. In any case, the compensation will not exceed the price you pay for this product. The above limitations and exclusions are applicable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
C. Warranty Limitations
Maintenance stated herein does NOT apply to the following situations:
(1) This product is not used according to the attached instructions;
(2) This product is not used for intended purposes because a third party product, software or component is used (whether licensed or not) (for example, using SSD in enterprise server system, workstation, storage system, or PC cache memory);
(3) The fault or defect is caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, accidents or any other situation where Colorful determines you violate this agreement.
(4) The fault occurs due to improper environment (such as in a damp or overheated place, or exposed to rain, or falling off, etc.) or due to accidents or man-made destruction.
(5) The fault or damage is caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike or any other natural disaster, or caused by unstable voltage due to power problems.
(6) You agree not to use this product for life support system or any other occasion where a product failure may result in personal injury or death. Colorful cannot accept liability for any loss or collateral loss caused by using this product for such purposes. Our warranty does not cover the products that are improperly packaged, deformed or damaged when accepted by the purchaser. The product will be carefully inspected upon receipt. Please see the warranty restrictions listed below (incomplete):
a. This product has been improperly packed or transported, including using unqualified boxes;
b. This product is deformed or physically damaged, including but not limited to deep scratches;
c. The Colorful label or bar code has fallen off, or has been replaced or modified;
d. The outer cover of this product has been opened;
e. The tape or the serial number has been tampered or is missing.

COLORFUL LAPTOP WARRANTY POLICY
During the warranty period, Colorful laptops are provided with a warranty with an expiration date. The warranty commencement for Colorful laptops is established based on the purchase date as indicated on the original purchase receipt or invoice, if the customer keeps them. In situations where the original purchase receipt or invoice is unavailable, the warranty start date will be determined by the product's serial number.
Component Warranty Coverage
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
1. Warranty periods have expired for the components of Colorful laptops.
2. Failure to present the original warranty card and the original product purchase invoice.
3. The product's serial number barcode label has been removed, is indiscernible, or has been identified as not the original Colorful laptop product serial number barcode label.
4. Incidents of scratches, impact, deformation, or indentations on the LCD screen.
5. Malfunctions or damage arising from disassembly, tampering, repairs, or modifications conducted by uncertified personnel without Colorful’s authorization.
6. Instances of accidental damage, human-caused actions, or external forces resulting in faults or losses (including operational errors, mishandling, impact, collisions, physical damage, water exposure, the introduction of conductive materials, or usage of inappropriate voltage).
7. Faults or damage attributed to the utilization of non-standard or undisclosed software, or non-standard components (such as graphics cards).
8. Failures or damages incurred due to force majeure events beyond control, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods, lightning strikes, etc.
9. Colorful does not bear the responsibility for the transportation costs and risks associated with the customer’s product delivery and pick-up.
Customer Obligations During After-Sales Service
1. Customers are required to provide the after-sales service center with the computer's system key or password to enable comprehensive, unrestricted, and secure servicing.
2. The after-sales service center disclaims responsibility for any data loss or breaches occurring within the computer, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information. It is strongly advised that customers independently back up and subsequently erase all data from their computers, encompassing confidential, proprietary, and personal information."
