 COLORFUL GRAPHICS CARD WARRANTY


•        Colorful offers a three-year warranty for its iGame Graphics cards.


•        Section 1: 'Three-Year Warranty *'


If a fault occurs in normal usewithin three years after the product is sold, and the fault is covered by thewarranty, we provide a three-year warranty *.


•        Section2 'Three-Year Warranty' is NOT applicable tothe following situations:


1.     The three-year warranty period hasexpired;


2.     The warranty label has been tornoff, destroyed or blurred;


3.     The product is not properly used,maintained or stored in accordance with its specifications;


4.     The product has been disassembled,assembled or repaired without the authorization of this company (For example, theiron flap is missing or distorted; the cooling fan or the cooling fin is dismantled;residual soldering is left on the PCB);


5.     There is no effective Serial Number, or the Serial Number has been altered;


6.     The Serial Number is not inconformity with the product;


7.     There is no factory name, address,production date or product certificate;


8.     The product is damaged due toaccidents, misuse or irresistible natural factors (as shown by a scratched productsurface, burned gold fingers, missing electronic components, deformed PCB,collision scars, etc.);


9.     The product is damaged due toimproper delivery, use or storage (such as corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.);


10.   The graphics card is damaged because it is used for special testingpurposes, such as overclocking (If a product has been used for mining ortesting, it only has a 3-month warranty. It can only be repaired and cannot bereplaced or refunded).


•       Section 3:'Repair Instructions'


1.   In thecase of the three-year warranty, we will return the repaired product to the agentwithin 10 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and transport time)after we receive the product. If we exceed this time limit, we will replace theproduct.


2.   If the three-yearwarranty period has expired, the user shall bear the cost of delivery,maintenance and materials. If the damaged component is no longer in production,and we cannot find matching component in the market, we will return the productto the user within 30 working days after we receive it.


3.   When returninga faulty product, the distributor shall package it according to the distance.If the customer is far away from us, the products shall be separated by honeycomband put into antistatic bags with a repair list inside explaining the problemof each product. The distributor shall keep track of the delivery of theproducts until we confirm receipt of them. If the distributor fails to keeptrack so that we do not receive the product in time or the product is lostduring transportation, this company shall bear no liability and the damageshall be borne by the distributor.




•Remarks: This company reserves the rightto modify the above provisions according to our obligations and the right forfinal explanation.

COLORFUL MOTHERBOARD WARRANTY


Thank you for buying our products. In the process ofselling products, we offer a three-year warranty according to the relevant regulationsin quality supervision and inspection and contract commitment.


•       Section 1: Three-Year Warranty


If a fault occurs in normal use within 36 months afterthe product is sold, and the fault is covered by the warranty, we provide freemaintenance.


•       Section 2: We provide paid maintenance after the warrantyexpires.


We provide paid maintenance and only charge the cost of thefees if 36 months have passed since the product was sold, or if the fault isnot covered by the warranty. If the product is severely damaged or if thedamaged component is no longer in production and we cannot find matchingcomponent in the market, the company will return the faulty product to thecustomer.


•       Section 3 “Three Guarantees (forRepair, Replacement or Refund)” is NOT applicable to the following situations:


1.   The Three Guarantees periodhas expired;


2.   The warranty label has been torn off, destroyed orblurred;


3.   The product is not properly used, maintained or storedin accordance with its specifications;


4.   The product has been disassembled, assembled orrepaired without the authorization of this company (For example, components orplug-in units are missing or damaged; the circuit board is badly deformed orbroken; lines are cut; the motherboard has corroded or rusted, or has beenseverely stained);


5.   There is no effective Three Guarantees certificate, orthe certificate has been altered;


6.   The model and the serial number on the ThreeGuarantees certificate are not in conformity with the product;


7.   The product is damaged due to accidents, misuse or inevitablenatural factors (as shown by a scratched product surface, missing electroniccomponents, deformed PCB, collision scars, etc.);


8.   The product is damaged due to improper delivery, useor storage (such as corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.);


9.   The motherboard is damaged because it is used forspecial testing purposes, such as overclocking (If a product has been used formining or testing, it only has a 12-month warranty. It can only be repaired andcannot be replaced or refunded).


•       Section 4: 'RepairInstructions'

1.   In the case of the Three Guarantees warranty, we willreturn the repaired product to the customer within 10 working days (excludingSaturdays and Sundays and transport time) after we receive the product. If weexceed this time limit, we will replace the product.


2.   If the warranty period expires, we provide paidmaintenance. We shall return the repaired product to the user within 30 workingdays after we receive it.


3.   When returning a faulty product, the distributor shallpackage it according to the distance. If the customer is far away from us, theproducts shall be separated by honeycomb and put into antistatic bags with arepair list inside explaining the problem of each product. The distributorshall keep track of the delivery of the products until we confirm receipt ofthem. If the distributor fails to keep track so that we do not receive the productin time or the product is lost during transportation, this company shall bearno liability and the damage shall be borne by the distributor.




Remarks: This company reserves the right to modify theabove provisions according to our operating requirements and the right forfinal explanation.

COLORFUL SSD WARRANTY



Thank you for purchasing the COLORFUL-brandedSSD (Solid State Drive) (hereinafter referred to as 'this product'). Colorful Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Colorful') appreciates your purchase, and we will provide the highest quality service for you at any time.Before using this product, please read the following terms and conditionscarefully. By using this product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms andconditions of the COLORFUL-branded SSD warranty statement (hereinafter referredto as 'this agreement').


•       A. Warranty Policy


Colorful Co., Ltd. warrants that itshall replace a faulty COLORFUL-branded SSD with a new one within one year fromthe date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser and with anon-defective product within two years from the date of original retailpurchase.


Colorful Co., Ltd. warrants thisproduct (in original sealed packaging) against major defects in workmanship to originalend users or purchasers (hereinafter referred to as 'you'). You shalluse this product in accordance with the requirements in this statement. IfColorful confirms that there is a major defect in workmanship and this productdoes not conform to the published specifications in actual use, as long as youare the owner of this product and the defect conforms to the conditions statedin this agreement, Colorful will act according to one of the followingcompensation measures according to the situation:


(1)   Within 3 years from the date ofthe original retail sale, if a default occurs when used normally, you may choose to replace or repair the product. If you choose to replace it, we willoffer a new product of the same model and same specifications. If such aproduct is not available, we will offer a new product of the same brand withthe same or better performance, whose warranty period starts from the date of theoriginal retail purchase;


(2)   If we are unable to replace the product, we will refund the product at the market price when you submit thewarranty claim to Colorful. If you insist on replacing the product, Colorful may offer you a used product that has been repaired and passed our qualityinspection test.

This warranty is for you only and isNOT transferable. We may ask you to provide the purchase certificate.


•       B. Liability Statement


This agreement contains all the liabilities. Colorful shall accept and all the remedies you shall take in the event of yourbreach of this agreement. Colorful does not offer any other explicit or impliedwarranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties related tomerchantability, suitability for specific purposes and non-infringement.

In any case, Colorful, its branchesand its suppliers do not accept liability for any indirect, inevitable,accidental or special damages, or any property damage, or any loss of data orfiles even as Colorful has been told in advance of the possibility of suchdamages, or any damage that limited remedies can not meet its basic purpose. Inany case, the compensation will not exceed the price you pay for this product.The above limitations and exclusions are applicable to the maximum extentpermitted by law.


•       C. Warranty Limitations


Maintenance stated herein does NOT apply to the following situations:


(1)   This product is not used accordingto the attached instructions;


(2)   This product is not used forintended purposes because a third party product, software or component is used(whether licensed or not) (for example, using SSD in enterprise server system,workstation, storage system, or PC cache memory);


(3)   The fault or defect is caused byimproper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, accidents or anyother situation where Colorful determines you violate this agreement.


(4)   The fault occurs due to improper environment(such as in a damp or overheated place, or exposed to rain, or falling off,etc.) or due to accidents or man-made destruction.


(5)   The fault or damage is caused by fire,earthquake, flood, lightning strike or any other natural disaster, or caused byunstable voltage due to power problems.


(6)   You agree not to use this productfor life support system or any other occasion where a product failure mayresult in personal injury or death. Colorful cannot accept liability for any lossor collateral loss caused by using this product for such purposes. Our warrantydoes not cover the products that are improperly packaged, deformed or damaged whenaccepted by the purchaser. You shall carefully check this product whenreceiving it. Please see the warranty restrictions listed below (incomplete):


a. This product has been improperlypacked or transported, including using unqualified boxes;

b. This product is deformed orphysically damaged, including but not limited to deep scratches;

c. The Colorful label or bar code hasfallen off, or has been replaced or modified;

d. The outer cover of this product hasbeen opened;

e. The tape or the serial number hasbeen tampered or is missing.




•Remarks: This company reserves the rightto modify the above provisions according to our obligations and the right forfinal explanation.
